A custom drawn visuals, set in familiar workplace locations, designed to highlight unsafe work practices for staff training targeting broad audience of multicultural backgrounds.
ISS Training wanted a tailor made illustration that was familiar to local airports around Australia for training purposes.
The illustration presented four workplace scenes that highlights on the job errors designed for trainees to identify in a group training session. It was necessary that the illustrations were clear and concise and could be easily read without the use of text, to suit the multicultural backgrounds of many members of staff on the ground.
Four scenes were depicted in Cargo and Goods, Customer Service, Airside Operations and Screening, and reflected same uniforms and equipment and similar facilities, which allowed trainers to make a stronger connection to trainees than generic training examples.
