The second illustrated children's book launched with independent publisher IPoz and author Amy Reimer, is a story about a nervous, young student's first days at school, who doesn't quite connect with the other children so easily in her new and daunting classroom.

The story follows Sophie, a young prep student, and how she learns how to make friends her way and that not all unknown situations are as scary as they may first seem.

There is a lot of visual imagery that connects the reader to the subtext, as they read through the book; students they grown to recognise, and perhaps even their personality traits, of which Sophie starts to connect with her love of animals, which seems more relatable to an introvert.
The visual story portrays Sophie with a pair of elephant ears, reflecting her love for elephants. As the narrative unfolds, Sophie's teacher introduces her to a quiet space filled with plush animals. It is a comforting retreat she can visit when she feels scared or overwhelmed in class. Gradually, she begins to understand her classmates by connecting them with the animal characters she encountered in the quiet space, helping her build friendships and strengthen her social connections.

The story is designed as a guiding tool for young readers, helping them understand how different personality types can influence interactions as a whole. It also highlights that some children are more sensitive to the everyday soundtrack of life, without relying on labels to define each child's unique personality.
