It was both thrilling and a tremendous relief to the announce the release of my first official, illustrated Children’s book, written by Maddy Tyers titled 'When Anna Came To Stay' back in 2020, and published by independent publisher IPoz.
'When Anna Came To Stay' is an important story targeting children 8-12 years, beautifully crafted by multi-talented, author/entertainer (and Legomasters legend), Maddy Tyers. It is a delicate story reflecting on Maddy's own very personal journey with body image and surviving an eating disorder, where she openly invites a healthy conversation with children and parents about how we view our own self-image, the importance of positive language and sharing experiences amongst our trusted peer for emotional support.
