Created for not-for-profit employment agency EPIC Assist, this illustrated guide is part of the 'Journey to Success' campaign, a broader support roadmap designed for job seekers on the NDIS program. The guide was thoughtfully designed and illustrated to align with EPIC’s brand identity, using clear visual storytelling to connect with and reassure key audiences. By demystifying the employment journey through accessible, inclusive design, it empowers individuals at the beginning of their job-seeking path.
The client requested an illustrated pathway to success to narrate the journey ahead for new employment seekers requiring EPIC Assists specialised services for people on the NDIS program.
Using EPIC's established brand guide and supporting graphics, we created a roadmap to success with wayfinder flags as marker points. These visual flags served as accessible landmarks, guiding users through a brief outline of the stages ahead. Designed to resonate with both abled and assisted job seekers, the visual approach ensured clarity, inclusivity, and connection across a diverse audience.
