Helen and Tracey first approached my studio colleague, Mechelle, to explore how Helen’s 30+ years as the most trusted name in Townsville real estate could be reimagined for today’s market. They sought a brand that captured not only Helen’s reputation but also the luxurious, homely style she’s known for in the community—a quality that previous designer concepts hadn’t fully captured. They decided to launch as Helen Munro Property and required branding to fit their new direction.
Through a strategic collaboration, we redefined the agency’s visual identity as a confident and refreshing brand that exudes both pride in their work and a guaranteed reliability. The result is an inviting, trustworthy look that reinforces the agency’s enviable, long-standing reputation in Townsville, while elevating its appeal in the real estate landscape.
Guiding them through the design process provided valuable insights into how each element came together to form a cohesive brand identity. This approach not only demonstrated consistent brand application but also allowed us to identify areas needing enhanced communication and determine the most effective ways to convey those messages.
We applied their new brand to their entire brand roll-out involving a multitude of promotional elements; complete office fit out, vehicles, print collateral, signage; fixed and mobile, website, promotional flyers, newspaper ad templates, in-house templates.
